Amsterdam The Netherlands Festival of Light Canal Parade A flotilla of boats makes its way down the Amsterdam Canals as part of the Festival of Light. Reinier Sijpkens preceeds the parade in his muziekboot, bringing his own indiosyncratic brand of music and entertainment to the public.
